- I enjoy learning new things every day.
- I have been an educator for 10 years--- I've taught sixth, second and first grade. I've also been an Intervention Specialist. I currently teach second and LOVE it!
- I have a Bachelors and a Masters in Education (Literacy and Technology).
- I have my National Board Certification in Literacy: Reading-Language Arts/Early and Middle Childhood
- I love technology and literacy.
- I'm a book scavenger; I go "thrifting" almost every weekend to find new(really used) books for my students. (They think I'm rich--- But most books I buy cost a quarter!)
- I enjoy working as a team with my colleagues and collaborate every day.
- I strive to be the best teacher possible AND take my job seriously, but have a lot of fun along the way.
- I smile and laugh most of the day.
- Most of my friends are teachers.
